Maxine has single sided deafness with over 16+ years of professional and lived experience within the disability sector.

Judy O’Connor is a co-director of Access Ability Australia (AAA). AAA is an organisation that works to decrease barriers for people living with disability within community whilst supporting businesses to build and showcase their accessibility and inclusive offerings. Judy is the parent of a child with disability and has over 15+ years of lived and professional experience within the disability sector.
